• Strong working knowledge of Windows and Apple devices, AD, and cloud suites.
• Experience with network equipment, hardware installations, and peripheral devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support in the NYC area and maintain client infrastructure.
• Deliver exceptional service to improve customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Create SOPs and document processes; collaborate with Technical Account Manager.
• Train customers on products and services; manage on-site tasks including network and hardware setup.
• Liaise with help desk and support teams to resolve issues promptly.
