Job summary

United Flow Technologies is hiring a Level 1 Service Desk Technician to provide IT support as the first point of contact across UFT and its operating companies. This hands-on role requires experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and basic network troubleshooting.

The position is on-site at our Irving, TX office with occasional travel, and you will manage calls and tickets through SDP, guiding users from intake to resolution in a dynamic, multi-company environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a help desk or IT service desk environment.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT support workflows.
• Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical users.
• Willingness to work on-site in Irving, TX as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT support across UFT and its operating companies.
• Manage incoming calls and tickets through ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus from intake to resolution.
• Troubleshoot basic network, device, and software issues and guide users through solutions.
• Collaborate with teammates to resolve complex incidents and improve IT support processes.
