Job summary

United Flow Technologies (UFT) is hiring a Level 1 Service Desk Technician to be the first contact for IT support across UFT and its operating companies. This hands-on role requires experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and basic network troubleshooting. On-site work in Irving, TX with occasional travel is expected.

You will manage incoming calls and tickets through ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus and collaborate with a team focused on delivering reliable IT services.

Qualifications

• Experience providing IT support to a corporate user base.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and intake-to-resolution flow.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic network and systems issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT support across UFT and operating companies.
