Job summary

Bergen New Bridge Medical Center in Paramus, NJ is seeking a Service Desk Specialist to maintain and support its IT systems, handling hardware/software installations and end-user support on-site. You will assist with remote connectivity, manage assets, and troubleshoot a variety of tech issues to keep the hospital running smoothly.

Requirements include 1–2 years of Computer Technician experience, a High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred), and solid knowledge of Windows 10 and Office

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Computer Technician experience required.
• Basic working knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, coordinate resolution, and communicate with end users.

Responsibilities

• Install, replace, and upgrade hardware and software.
• Provide IT service desk support with strong customer service.
• Support for mobile devices and MDM systems.
• Assist with remote connectivity: VPN, RDP, and Office 365 Web Access.
• Set up end-user systems, profiles, domain access, and Outlook.
• Perform MACs for multiple locations and manage asset inventory.
• Document faults and coordinate with vendors to resolve outages.
