Responsibilities

• Assist Site Support Manager and Operations Director with end-user projects.
• Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents.
• Take ownership of issues and implement temporary or permanent fixes.
• Record, update and document requests in the service desk system.
• Install and configure new IT equipment.
• Maintain first-class customer service.
