Qualifications

• An Associate's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years in a computer operations environment with helpdesk support.
• Experience with Windows apps including Office, Acrobat, and browsers.
• Knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and Group Policy preferred.
• Strong customer service and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Help Desk system and respond to user issues promptly.
• Provide first-level on-site and remote desktop support.
• Perform hardware/software upgrades and maintenance.
• Test security updates and system health across devices.
• Maintain video conferencing equipment and printers.
• Inventory desktop/laptop hardware and software licenses.
• Train users on Microsoft Office applications.
• Review and apply Windows/firmware updates on portable devices.
• Create and update day-to-day support procedures.
• Identify trends to improve efficiency and report findings.
