Job summary

TPA technologies is seeking a Service Desk Associate to provide hands-on IT support in a corporate environment. The role focuses on PC imaging, hardware setup, troubleshooting, and assisting employees with everyday technical issues.

Responsibilities include imaging and deploying laptops/desktops, troubleshooting Windows 10/11, printers, Microsoft 365, and other office applications, and managing support tickets both onsite and remotely.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Help Desk, Service Desk, or Desktop Support experience.
• Experience with PC imaging and SCCM/Microsoft Configuration Manager.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Image, configure, and deploy laptops and desktops.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Support printers, Microsoft 365, and other office applications.
• Manage support tickets and document resolutions.
