S:US is seeking a detailed-oriented IT professional to join our New York-based IT Infrastructure Operations team. You will support Windows AD, Citrix XenApp, and Office 365 while assisting with network and desktop issues.

Reporting to the Director of IT Infrastructure, you will mentor staff, handle VPN and multi-site connectivity, and maintain hardware assets in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Formación

• Technical degree or certifications preferred.
• 1–2+ years’ experience related to IT support duties.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Provide IT support across agency infrastructure and user devices.
• Troubleshoot network, VPN, and firewall issues; assist with on-site visits.
• Mentor staff and document knowledge base updates.
