Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT consultation and support to users, manufacturing, engineering, and business teams.
• Identify and recommend hardware, software, and technology solutions to support operations.
• Evaluate technology risks and implement solutions to reduce disruption and improve reliability.
• Guide manufacturing, engineering, and other teams on technology decisions and solutions.
• Review existing technology and propose improvements, standards, and long-term solutions.
• Determine when technology should be purchased, upgraded, replaced, or retired.
• Compare options and recommend solutions meeting business needs.
• Lead technology improvement efforts to reduce operational risk.
• Analyze system performance and capacity to identify root causes of issues.
• Propose improvements to configurations and processes for reliability and security.
• Prioritize technology improvements to support operations and minimize disruption.
