Job summary

Hadrian is building a new precision manufacturing facility in Cherokee, Alabama. We are hiring an IT Engineer to manage day-to-day IT operations on-site, support facility employees and production staff, and serve as the face of IT for the site.

You’ll partner with central teams and own local networks, endpoints, and security tooling. The role emphasizes independence, hands-on ownership, and growth as the site scales, with expectations to onboard a local IT team and ensure compliance with

Qualifications

• Strong networking fundamentals: LAN/WAN, VLANs, firewall administration, Wi‑Fi.
• Endpoint management experience with modern tools (Intune, Mosyle, FleetDM).
• Experience with identity management (Okta) and on-site IT onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Own on-site IT support for facility employees and production staff.
• Manage device lifecycle and asset inventory at the site.
• Coordinate with central IT for infrastructure, security, and compliance.
• Lead onboarding/offboarding and staff IT training on-site.
