Hadrian is building a new precision manufacturing facility at the Red River Army Depot in Texarkana, TX. We seek a Site Lead to own the buildout, day-to-day tech operations, and represent Hadrian tech on-site.

You’ll support manufacturing technicians with our AI platform Opus, act as liaison to product, and co-manage Jira Service Management for IT and helpdesk across sites. As a remote extension of the central team, you’ll partner with IT, cybersecurity, and facilities to ensure secure, reliable

Qualifications

• High degree of independence and accountability—this role works without a local IT manager to lean on and be proactive.
• High degree of ownership—drives issues to resolution without being asked.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals: LAN/WAN, VLANs, firewall administration, Wi-Fi.
• Endpoint management experience with Intune, Mosyle, or FleetDM.
• Familiarity with Okta for identity and access management.
• Comfortable operating as a remote extension of a distributed team.
• Manufacturing or industrial environment experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working with military departments or federal agencies.
• CMMC, ITAR, and CUI handling experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Site Operations: Own all on-site IT support for facility employees and production staff.
• Construct build-out support with IT deployment team and central IT.
• Security and Compliance: Enforce security tooling and IAM on-site; support CMMC compliance.
• Vendor and Asset Management: Manage local vendor relationships and asset inventory.
• Manage shipping and receiving of IT and infrastructure materials.
• Interface with Army IT personnel and other facility staff as needed.
