Job summary

Hadrian is seeking an IT Lead to oversee corporate IT at our Torrance, CA HQ, with a secondary focus on factory IT. You will manage a small team of Technicians, Analysts, and Systems Admins, shaping the health of IT services across HQ and manufacturing floors.

You will design, implement, and evolve AI chatbot workflows, integrate with Okta, M365, Box, Jira, and internal systems, while ensuring reliable executive support and smooth AV operations for events and meetings.

Qualifications

7+ years in IT, with at least 2 leading a team or a major program.
Hands-on track record building AI chatbot workflows and ticket deflection flows in platforms like Serval, Moveworks, or similar.
Experience supporting executives, engineering and business teams in HQ/campus environments.

Responsibilities

Lead the IT team day to day at HQ; set priorities and unblock projects.
Build and evolve AI chatbot workflows; wire integrations to Okta, M365, Box, Jira.
Monitor ticket flow HQ and factory; drive automation and self-service.
Own executive service and white-glove support for executives and VIPs.
Manage live AV for all-hands, events, and conference rooms.
Partner with factory IT to align HQ and floor IT closely.
Coach team members on workflows and automation practices.
Collaborate with Security, DevOps, Facilities, People Ops, and Production leaders.
Own vendor/licensing footprint; manage spend.
Handle escalations and lead post-mortems.
