Job summary

Hadrian is expanding with a new precision manufacturing facility at the Red River Army Depot in Texarkana, TX. We are seeking a Site Lead to own day-to-day IT operations, manage endpoints, and act as the face of Hadrian tech for the site.

You will bridge the factory floor feedback to product and support on-site teams with Jira Service Management. As a hands-on role, you will support manufacturing technicians, maintain local infrastructure, and coordinate with central IT on security, compliance,

Qualifications

• Ability to work autonomously on-site beyond standard hours
• Strong ownership and accountability for endpoints and services
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN, VLANs, firewall basics, Wi‑Fi security
• Experience with device management and identity/access tooling (Intune, Mosyle, FleetDM, Okta)
• Comfort representing IT in a distributed bench/remote site context
• Manufacturing or industrial IT experience preferred
• Familiarity with military/federal IT environments and related compliance (ITAR/CMMC) a plus

Responsibilities

• Own all on-site IT support for facility employees and production staff.
• Coordinate IT buildout with Facilities and central IT teams during construction.
• Enforce security tooling and policies on-site (EDR, MDM, IAM) and support CMMC Level 2 requirements.
• Manage local vendor relationships, hardware maintenance contracts, and asset inventory.
• Serve as remote extension of central IT, supporting Jira Service Management and SaaS tools.
