Job summary

Hadrian is seeking an IT Lead to own the health of the corporate IT team supporting the west coast and factory operations. You will lead a small team of Technicians, Analysts, and Sys Admins, drive automation, and own executive support.

You will design and wire AI chatbot workflows, integrate Okta, M365, Box, Jira, and internal systems, and ensure a smooth, secure environment across HQ and the plant floor.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience leading an IT function across HQ and manufacturing site.
• Strong AV and executive support capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT team at HQ, set priorities, unblock work and drive projects.
• Build and evolve AI chatbot workflows and integrations with Okta, M365, Box, Jira.
• Own executive support, VIP service, and live event AV coordination.
• Partner with factory IT to align HQ and floor IT tooling and processes.
• Coach team members and manage vendor/licence footprint.
