Job summary

Hadrian is building a new precision manufacturing facility at the Red River Army Depot in Texarkana, TX. We are seeking a Site Lead to own the buildout, day-to-day tech operations, and serve as the face of Hadrian tech for the site.

You will support manufacturing technicians with Hadrian’s proprietary AI platform Opus, coordinate with central IT for infrastructure, security, and SaaS tools, and act as a bridge between customers and product for on-site feedback.

Qualifications

• Ability to work without a local IT manager and take ownership of site IT operations.
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, VLANs, firewall administration, and Wi-Fi for manufacturing facilities.
• Experience with endpoint management via Intune, Mosyle, or FleetDM.

Responsibilities

• Own all on-site IT support for facility employees and production staff.
• Manage device lifecycle and asset inventory with IT tools.
• Drive Jira Service Management tickets to resolution and coordinate with central teams.
• Maintain local network/infrastructure health and liaise with Army IT personnel as needed.
• Support IT deployments buildout at RRAD facility with facilities and vendors.
• Enforce security tooling and policies (EDR, MDM, IAM) on-site and assist with CMMC/CUI handling.
