Job summary

Hadrian is building a new precision manufacturing facility at the RRAD site in Texarkana, TX. The Site Lead will own day-to-day IT operations, manage devices, support technicians, and act as the face of Hadrian tech on-site, coordinating with Army IT personnel and central teams.

You’ll work with Hadrian’s AI platform Opus and help visitors from other sites, providing hands-on support, incident resolution, and asset management while ensuring security and compliance across the facility.

Qualifications

• Experience managing IT in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• CMMC, ITAR, and CUI handling experience is a plus.
• U.S. citizenship or eligibility for required authorizations under ITAR.

Responsibilities

• Own on-site IT support for facility employees and production staff.
• Manage asset lifecycle and endpoint hardware; use MDM tools.
• Maintain local network and infrastructure; coordinate with central IT teams.
• Support IT buildout and vendor coordination for the RRAD facility.
• Enforce security policies and assist with compliance reviews (CMMC/ITAR/CUI).
