Beontag is seeking a Junior Infrastructure Analyst to provide on-site IT support at our Dayton manufacturing facility. You will handle end-user devices, network connectivity, VMware environments, and Fortinet firewall solutions, collaborating with vendors and IT teams.

The role requires a service-oriented, proactive approach in a fast-paced industrial setting, with occasional travel to other sites. A technical IT degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT or related field.
• Experience in IT support or help desk preferred.
• On-site availability in Dayton, OH with travel.
• Basic network troubleshooting and security concepts.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site IT support to factory users and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, and cabling.
• Monitor VMware environments and perform basic VM tasks.
• Assist with Fortinet firewalls, VPNs, and security policies.
• Manage user accounts and access per procedures.
• Document incidents, solutions, and changes; maintain assets.
• Coordinate with external vendors and regional/global IT teams.
• Provide after-hours support when required.
