Job summary

Veranova is seeking an IT Support Engineer in West Deptford, NJ to ensure local and cloud infrastructure meets business needs. You will deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, workstations, networking gear, and collaboration tools while aligning with Veranova IT policies.

You will support Azure environments, EntraID, Intune, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams, manage VMware, backups (Veeam/Datto), and participate in regional projects to improve BIS services.

Qualifications

• BS in IT/CS with 3–5 years IT experience.
• Experience with Windows Desktop OS, Azure AD, EntraID, Intune, and Office 365 workloads.
• Knowledge of VMware virtualization and backup/recovery with Veeam or Datto.
• Pharma/GxP environment experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot and support local, remote, and cloud-based infrastructure (servers, workstations, printers, networking).
• Diagnose and resolve end-user application and OS issues.
• Support Azure-based environments and portals (EntraID, Intune, SharePoint, Teams/Teams Phones, Exchange, Purview).
• Support VMware virtualization, backup/restore, and DR environments (Veeam, Datto).
• Carry out basic systems operation duties (backup mgmt, server restarts, LAN patching, cabinet mgmt).
• Contribute to BIS service improvements and new BIS projects.
• Perform other duties as required.
