Qualifications

Associate degree or 3–5 years of equivalent technical experience.
Hands-on troubleshooting of Windows desktops and servers, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune.
Solid understanding of IP networking, including switches, routing, wireless, and firewalls.
Experience with ticketing and documentation in a professional services environment.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site and remote technical support across client locations.
Own incidents, service requests, projects, and ensure timely resolutions.
Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, networks, and virtual environments.
Document environments and work in ConnectWise; communicate with clients and teams.
