Prime, Inc. is seeking a Helpdesk Technician to provide direct technical support for hardware, software, and networking across the company. You will handle requests from multiple sources, prioritize issues, and escalate when needed.

On-site attendance is required at our Springfield, MO location. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (preferred) and at least one year of relevant technical experience; strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications
