Qualifications

• Associate or higher-level degree in IT or medical related field preferred.
• Minimum equivalent of 3 years IT/medical related experience.
• On-site, full-time role requiring strong ticketing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer IT Support line calls and manage tickets to closure.
• Respond to IT support and email groups; create and assign tickets.
• Troubleshoot Level 1 IT issues, including password resets and software installs.
• Create new AD accounts and assist with new user setup.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with corporate policies.
