Job summary
Morris Business Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Level 3 Engineer to join our MBS IT division in a full‑time, in‑office role in Duncan, SC.
The candidate will serve as a senior technical resource for MSP clients, handling escalations, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows Server, networking, and cybersecurity.
You will mentor Level 1/2 technicians and contribute to project work while delivering reliable, secure IT infrastructure support.
Qualifications
- Five or more years of professional IT experience.
- Experience in an MSP environment or supporting multiple clients.
- Demonstrated Level 3 or senior escalation experience.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management.
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Windows Server environments.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior escalation point for complex issues unresolved by Level 1/2 technicians.
- Troubleshoot advanced workstation, server, network, and identity issues; perform root-cause analysis.
- Own escalated incidents through resolution and implement long-term fixes.
- Assist with outages, security incidents, and high-impact client issues; coordinate with vendors.
- Mentor Level 1/2 technicians and document repeatable resolutions.
