Applied Control is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to provide technical support for local and remote employees from an on-site Centennial, Colorado location. The role reports to the IT Manager and involves handling day-to-day tickets, documentation, and coordination on IT projects.

Ideal candidates will have an associates degree in IT or CS, 2+ years of experience, and strong MS Office skills. Benefits include comprehensive coverage and a 401(k) plan with employer match.

Formación

• Associates Degree in IT or Computer Science, Technical training or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge/experience with Virtual Computing, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, VPN, printers, and laptops
• Advanced skill level in MS Office Suite required

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the IT Department provides excellent internal customer service at all times
• Provide support for Laptops/Desktops/Tablets, printers, file shares, user account creation, MS Office products, Telephony systems, iPhones, Helpdesk documentation, basic network issues
• Troubleshoot user-reported IT issues and provide resolution onsite or via remote access
• Track and follow up on technical issues using a ticket management system. Document procedures and resolutions to support requests
• Quickly and accurately determine/diagnose the scope and impact of technical issues
• Update and maintain documentation
• Cross train with others in the IT Department
• Participate on special projects as directed
• Other duties as assigned
