Job summary

Performance Data Center in Colorado is seeking a Help Desk/IT Admin to support end-users, maintain Windows-based systems, and document tasks for a set of community banks. The on-site role spans multiple Colorado branches, including Loveland, Centennial, Greeley, and Fort Collins.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree, 2+ years in a similar role, solid networking basics, and strong communication skills to assist non-technical staff. Training on security and reporting will be provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Help Desk, IT Admin, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (Ethernet, LAN/WAN dynamics)
• Ability to communicate with end-users to provide high level of customer service.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to write and interpret reports and correspondence.
• Ability to solve problems and work with non-standard hours

Responsibilities

• Provides accurate and courteous assistance to end users utilizing PDC systems.
• Trains personnel on information security related to mainframe and PC Network system.
• Creates and resolves reports for departments; addresses errors and discrepancies.
• Maintains knowledge of PDC services and daily workstation operations.
• Performs preventative and demand maintenance including patches on IT systems.
• Documents help tickets and responds professionally to end-users.
