Job summary

TANDEM LIVING is seeking an IT Specialist Level 1 to provide first-line technical support across three campuses. The role is full-time, on-site at Trillium Place, with hours 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and a minimal weekend on-call rotation.

Responsibilities include hardware/software troubleshooting, onboarding/offboarding assistance, and phone system support. A high school diploma is required; additional training is preferred.

Qualifications

• First-line technical support for staff and residents across three campuses.
• On-site IT role requiring troubleshooting of hardware, software, network and systems.
• Willingness to escalate complex issues per SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT assistance via phone, email, or ticketing system.
• Install, configure, and update desktop and laptop computers, software, and peripherals.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and device provisioning for staff.
• Assist with phone system setup, moves, and troubleshooting.
