Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year as IT Trainee or IT Technician or
• 3 years IT experience in applications development, networks, or IT support
• 6 months to 1 year combined with an associate degree in IT

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot automation issues and coordinate repairs with vendors or staff
• Configure computers, manage user accounts, audit systems and logs
• Install, upgrade, track and prepare equipment including network components
• Provide user support and train staff on equipment and software
• Support satellite offices and complete admin tasks for the Business Manager
• Order, track and inventory technology equipment and supplies
