Job summary

Complete Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Field Technician to travel between client sites in the Southern Illinois region, primarily supporting Windows/macOS devices, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, CCTV, and access systems.

You’ll handle cabling, device deployments, and asset documentation with a customer-focused approach. Travel-heavy role with occasional office visits; requires a valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of IT support or field service experience.
• Hands-on experience with CCTV, door access systems, and cabling.
• Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory/Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Resolve dispatch tickets and perform on-site hardware, software, network, and CCTV tasks.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot workstations, printers, phones, and small network gear.
• Perform structured cabling installation and termination; diagnose TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi.
• Support moves, onboarding, device deployments, and equipment refreshes at client sites.
• Identify parts accurately; provide material quantities for estimates and quotes; document work.
• Communicate professionally with customers and document escalations clearly.
