Complete Technology Solutions, headquartered in Sparta, Illinois, is seeking a Field Technician to install and support client technology, network infrastructure, and physical security systems. You will troubleshoot Windows and macOS devices, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, CCTV and door access systems, and assist with cabling and asset

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of IT support or field service experience, with Level 2 troubleshooting beyond basic help desk support.
• Hands‑on experience with CCTV and door access systems and cabling installation/termination.
• Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory/Entra ID.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi‑Fi troubleshooting, and small network equipment.
• Strong customer service skills and reliable transportation for travel between client sites.

Responsibilities

• Resolve dispatched on‑site tickets involving hardware, software, network connectivity, and physical security systems.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot workstations, printers, phones, CCTV, and door access devices.
• Perform structured cabling installation and termination; diagnose TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi‑Fi issues.
• Support office moves, user onboarding, device deployments, and equipment refreshes at client locations.
• Record work performed, ticket updates, and asset information; coordinate with remote teams and escalate complex incidents.
