Qualifications

• Experience with Windows OS and recent versions.

Responsibilities

• Work with team to ensure daily client satisfaction.
• Install, maintain, and support computers, laptops, kiosks, thin clients, and chrome devices.
• Respond to service requests promptly with attention to detail.
• Travel overnight and out-of-state for multi-day onboardings.
• Travel locally to client sites and assist other departments.
• Pack equipment securely for shipping.
• Collaborate with in-house team to resolve issues.
• Drive to client sites to deliver equipment.
