Job summary

S2i2 is seeking a Field Office Technician to provide on-site IT support to CASTLE-NET program field offices in Bridgeport, WA. You will deploy, troubleshoot hardware and software, and perform end-user device wellness checks in accordance with USACE IT policies.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and at least four years of IT or field support experience, plus the ability to travel and obtain/maintain an active Security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4 years of IT or field support experience.
• Strong hardware, software, and network troubleshooting knowledge.
• Proven problem-solving and communication skills; able to multitask.
• Proficient with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
• Willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provides on-site technical support by deploying to CASTLE-NET field offices for IT infrastructure and end-user device wellness checks.
• Performs network performance evaluations and checks conference room equipment.
• Supports end-user devices and ensures compliance with USACE IT policies.
• Assists with IT equipment disposal training and supports onsite personnel with IT issue ticketing.
