You will conduct network evaluations, check conference room equipment, support end-user devices, and ensure compliance with IT policies. Travel to sites is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in IT, CS, or related field.
• 4+ years of IT/field support experience.
• Strong hardware, software, and network troubleshooting knowledge.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills; able to handle multiple tasks.
• Proficient with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site IT support by deploying to field offices for IT infrastructure and device wellness checks.
