Qualifications

• Ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Current Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, modify and repair advanced PC hardware and software.
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and user issues.
• Provide advanced technical assistance to users by phone, email and in person.
• Set up equipment for employee use and maintain records of service requests.
• Escalate major problems to vendors or higher support tiers.
• Develop technical procedures and training materials.
