Job Title: Field Office Technician

Location: Bridgeport, WA On-Site

Clearance: Active Secret or Top-Secret Clearance

Salary: $55K-$59K

Description

Provides on-site technical support and assistance by deploying to CASTLE-NET program field offices for IT infrastructure and end-user device wellness checks. Conducts network performance evaluations, checks conference room equipment, supports end-user devices, and ensures compliance with USACE IT policies. Assists with IT equipment disposal training and supports onsite personnel with IT issue ticketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Four (4) years of experience in IT and/or field/user support roles.
• Must have strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting, and experience with IT equipment setup and maintenance.
• Possess strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Must be proficient in remote support tools and ticketing systems
• Must be willing to travel.

Certification Required - One (1) from the list below

• CompTIA A+
• Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator
• CND
• GFACT
• GSEC
• Security+

Desired Skills and Experience

• Familiarity with USACE IT environment and policies is a plus.
