Job summary

Millennial Networks in Puerto Rico is seeking an Information Technology Field Technician to install, configure, and maintain desktop PCs and printers at client sites. The role is full-time and on-site, with travel across Puerto Rico to support a demanding IT environment.

You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, document work, and communicate clearly with end users while adhering to company standards for service quality and safety.

Qualifications

• End-user support and incident resolution experience.
• Hands-on experience installing/configuring desktop hardware.
• Printer setup, maintenance, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Troubleshooting hardware and basic software issues.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and common business applications.
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage multiple tickets.
• Clear communication to non-technical users.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel in Puerto Rico.
• High school diploma or equivalent; IT certifications are a plus.
• Previous on-site IT field technician experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit client locations in Puerto Rico to install and maintain desktop PCs and printers.
• Diagnose issues, troubleshoot, and carry out repairs to minimize downtime.
• Respond to support requests and document work performed.
• Coordinate with the IT team and provide user-friendly guidance.
