Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree with related IT experience.
• Minimum one year of IT Technician experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and diagnose software issues and decide on remote or on-site support.
• Answer calls and guide internal/external customers promptly.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support for hardware/software.
• Coordinate with external technical personnel for complex cases.
• Install software/hardware for users within agreed timelines.
• Apply updates and upgrades to customer files for performance.
• Create usernames/passwords for system access.
• Test interface installations and data exchange with systems.
• Prepare daily or periodic activity reports.
• Document and deliver user manuals and procedures.
