Job summary

Upturn in San Juan, Puerto Rico seeks an IT Support Technician Level 2 to provide advanced end-user and infrastructure support, diagnosing complex issues and ensuring service stability.

You will work with system admins, network engineers, and application specialists; responsibilities include deploying, maintaining workstations, AD management, and documentation, with a focus on remote support and patches.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years in enterprise IT support.
• Experience with Windows-based environments and enterprise productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-level support for desktop systems and IT infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and OS issues escalated from L1.
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Support Microsoft Windows OS and enterprise productivity tools.
• Assist with Active Directory account provisioning, password resets, and permissions.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues for end-user devices.
• Document incidents and solutions in the IT service management system.
• Support software deployments, updates, and patch management.
• Assist with system upgrades, hardware replacements, and installations.
• Maintain technical documentation and support procedures.
• Provide support for remote users and mobile workforce environments.
