Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support to contract clients.
• Respond to escalated technical issues and resolve them promptly.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for clients.
• Document issues, resolutions and interactions in the ticketing system.
• Install, configure and maintain desktop and laptop PCs and peripherals.
• Participate in on-call rotation after-hours or during critical events.
