Job summary

ClearCom IT Solutions, Inc. is seeking an IT Field Technician to join our local service team in Massachusetts.

You will provide on-site and remote technical support, delivering and installing computers, network hardware, and peripherals at client sites while ensuring smooth integration with existing infrastructure. Responsibilities include documenting service tickets, performing basic troubleshooting, and collaborating with IT colleagues to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of on-site technical support experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking.
• Willingness to travel locally and live within driving distance to Central MA.
• Proactive problem-solving and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on on-site technical support at client locations.
• Deliver and install computers, network hardware, and peripherals.
• Offer remote support when needed.
• Document tickets and service activities in the ticketing system.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with IT team to resolve issues.
• Communicate clearly with clients about technical information.
• Maintain documentation of IT processes and troubleshooting steps.
