Job summary

Kiewit Corporation is seeking Technology Group Field Technicians for on-site support at Cranford, NJ and Woodcliff Lake, NJ. This full-time role requires on-site attendance at both locations as scheduled (Mon/Wed/Fri in Cranford; Tue/Thu in Woodcliff Lake).

Base compensation ranges from $33 to $40 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff. The technician will provide deskside and remote support, assist with project mobilizations, and help implement technology group

Qualifications

• Customer service and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
• Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Proactive, collaborative approach to work.
• Ability to recognize and escalate issues promptly.
• Strong active listening to gather requirements.
• Able to lift/move 40+ lbs and walk extended periods.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside and remote technical support to employees, subsidiaries, partners, and contractors.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot enterprise and desktop applications.
• Respond to assigned support tickets in a timely manner.
• Research, resolve, and document technical issues and escalated tickets.
• Identify and elevate issues that could impact production or service delivery.
• Deliver professional, high-quality customer service and maintain relationships.
• Prioritize and organize workload to meet deadlines.
• Prepare conference rooms for large meetings and troubleshoot AV systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
