Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking an Onsite Technician to deliver hands-on IT support at manufacturing sites in New Jersey. You will resolve incidents, perform preventive maintenance, and support field services across endpoint, network, and server equipment.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, familiarity with Windows and basic Linux, and experience with RF devices, printers, scanners, and shop floor PCs. You will work with Site Delivery Leader and TS team to meet SLAs and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 2–5 years of onsite or field technical support experience.
• Hands-on with Windows-based systems; basic Linux exposure.
• Must have GxP environment experience.
• Experience supporting RF devices, printers, scanners, and shop floor PCs.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for manufacturing and office IT systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, resolve incidents, and escalate per SLAs.
• Perform preventative maintenance and lifecycle refresh tasks.
• IT Equipment integration with AD, Network, NAS.
• Assist with incident management and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Deliver application support by coordinating with owners and fixes at site.
• Participate in field services: IMAC, break/fix, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain ticket updates, asset records, and knowledge documentation.
