Job summary

Kiewit Technology Group is seeking an entry-level Campus Technician to provide both on-site and remote IT support for employees. You will escalate issues from the Service Delivery team and help enforce IT policies, while ensuring projects stay on time and within budget.

The role is based in Houston, TX, with travel to The Woodlands, TX as needed. Strong communication and Windows/Microsoft Office skills are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside and remote technical support to employees and contractors.
• Troubleshoot enterprise and desktop applications and respond to service tickets promptly.
• Research and resolve escalated technical issues and escalate production-impacting problems.
• Document trouble tickets according to department policies.
• Provide on-site and remote client support and build professional relationships.
• Deliver high-quality customer service that meets expectations.
• Prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines.
• Prepare conference rooms and troubleshoot AV systems.
