Job summary

Burger King in Florida seeks an experienced IT Field Support Supervisor to lead a team of IT Field Technicians across multiple restaurant locations. You will oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of POS, network devices, and hardware to keep restaurants running 24/7.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and a proactive, customer‑service mindset, with willingness to travel between sites and work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT support or field service, including 3+ years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong understanding of POS technology, hardware/software troubleshooting and network systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel between restaurant locations and work flexible hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and schedule the IT Field Technicians Team to ensure timely response and efficient resolution of all support requests.
• Oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations of POS systems, network devices, and other restaurant technology equipment.
• Act as the main point of contact between the Brand's IT team, our restaurant operations team and third party vendors to prioritize and resolve technical issues.
• Manage service requests, ensuring completion, accuracy, and clear follow-up communication with restaurant management.
• Provide hands-on technical support for escalated or complex issues.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and installations.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, software licensing, and equipment inventory.
• Monitor team performance, service levels, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Lead and support the rollout of new technologies across restaurant locations.
