Responsibilities

• Configures, delivers, and installs PCs, peripherals, and corporate standard software.
• Oversees the building and maintenance of corporate computer images for laptops and desktops.
• Organizes and oversees the return of leased computer equipment and prepares old equipment for donation or disposal.
• Provides information for management decisions on desktop, laptop, and peripheral selections.
• Maintains inventory of computers and components.
• Serves as backup to PC support specialists and provides end-user support.
