You will serve as the face of SWK Technologies to customers, help resolve inquiries by phone, chat, or email when needed, and document resolutions in our ticketing system. The role emphasizes client satisfaction and building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in IT.
• Call center experience required.
• MSP experience preferred.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on-site.
• Provide on-site support as needed to clients.
• Resolve client challenges remotely via phone, chat or email.
• Track customer issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
• Update and maintain client information or documentation in our systems.
