Job summary
TEKsystems is seeking Desktop Deployment Technicians to support a large-scale Windows device refresh in the Delaware City area. You will image and configure Windows 10/11 devices, perform hardware installations, migrate user equipment, and provide hands-on support to end users throughout the deployment process.
Responsibilities include building and imaging PCs, loading site-specific applications, setting up workstations, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, validating system functionality,
Qualifications
- Experience with desktop deployments and active Windows support.
- Ability to image, configure, and migrate devices.
- Proficient with imaging tools and enterprise deployment workflows.
- Hands-on hardware installation and workstation setup.
- Strong troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Customer-facing technical support experience desired.
Responsibilities
- Build and image PCs and laptops for deployment.
- Load site-specific applications and drivers.
- Set up and replace workstations in user environments.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues during rollout.
- Validate system functionality post-imaging and setup.
- Follow standard deployment procedures using preconfigured packages.
