MSH in Miami, FL is seeking an IT & AV Support Engineer to join a specialized technical support team serving elite clients in a mobile, high-touch environment.

You'll provide on-site troubleshooting, manage ticket queues, and coordinate cross-time-zone support while travelling to the Caribbean as needed. The role rewards proactive problem-solving, precise documentation, and independent work ethic in a demanding client-facing setting.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English (C1+) and able to communicate with clients and colleagues.
• Experience with AV signal distribution and control systems (Crestron, Q-SYS, Dante).
• Experience in MSP environment with ticket and KPI discipline.
• Willingness to travel within the Caribbean on short notice.
• Able to work on-site with flexibility to base location/time zone.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first-line on-call technical support during your shift.
• Manage and progress a ticket queue during quieter periods.
• Provide on-site troubleshooting for clients across the Caribbean as needed.
• Maintain detailed documentation for seamless shift handovers.
• Communicate proactively with clients across time zones in a fast-paced setting.
