Job summary

AVASO Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced onsite IT support professional to join the Site Technology Servicing team. This independent contractor role covers end-user desktops, laptops, and onsite hardware within designated locations, providing first-line support and hands-on repair.

You will handle asset management, onboarding/offboarding, VIP support, and collaborate with backend teams on network and server issues, while maintaining SLAs, CSAT targets, and SOPs for a global team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support in a corporate enterprise environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows 7 and 10 operating systems and their remote access.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system.
• Understanding of Active Directory.
• Experience with Microsoft server technologies and their tools including AD, Office 365, SharePoint, DHCP, DNS.
• Ability to prioritise workload based on SLA and user impact.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support as point of contact for IT for the site.
• End-user desktop and laptop support with on-site hardware responsibility.
• Installation support for software on end-user systems and servers.
• New users onboarding and provisioning IT assets and tools.
• Offboarding support and asset collection/sanitization.
• Executive/VIP support.
• Coordinate remote hand support to back-end teams for network and server issues.
• Support IP phones, video conferencing, and printers.
• Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot enterprise and personal devices and business apps.
• Coordinate with external vendors when engaged for support.
• Maintain SOPs and Runbooks for global team use.
