Job summary
Symmetry I.T. is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician in Miami Beach to provide onsite technical support for hotel operations, maintaining systems and ensuring high service levels.
The ideal candidate will provide desktop support, maintain Windows servers, and assist with networking issues, all while communicating effectively with hotel staff and managing tasks efficiently.
Compensation is $50,000 per year with an on-call rotation required.
Qualifications
- At least four years of technical experience.
- Must work onsite during regular business hours and participate in on-call rotation.
Responsibilities
- Provide desktop and workstation support for Windows 11 devices.
- Support and maintain Windows Server environments.
- Assist with VMware virtualization tasks.
- Troubleshoot networking issues including switches and firewalls.
- Support hospitality systems including Opera PMS and Micros Simphony.
- Maintain system security best practices.
