Job summary

COOLSOFT is seeking an IOS WebEx Consultant to join our Nashville, TN on-site team. The contract position lasts 12 months with DOE compensation and a start date in November 2026. Responsibilities include IT call center support, AD management, printer troubleshooting, and Cisco WebEx/MS Teams conferencing across devices.

Candidate must be local, able to lift 50 pounds, and work on-site at the client location (TN DOT). Experience with WebEx and remote support tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and call center skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot printer issues and manage queues.
• Active Directory administration tasks including password resets and OU navigation.
• Experience with iOS WebEx deployment and support.

Responsibilities

• IT call center experience preferred.
• Handle a daily call volume up to 30 calls.
• Provide on-site support in Nashville, TN.
• Support iOS devices and Cisco WebEx environments.
• Manage ticketing and remote support tasks.
