Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years in inventory control or related clerical roles.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics environments preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and identify replenishment needs.
• Place orders based on usage trends and schedules.
• Enter and maintain purchase orders in the system.
• Verify deliveries, invoices, and records for accuracy.
• Support cycle counts and stock audits.
• Coordinate with suppliers on issues and pricing.
• Maintain supplier and location data in systems.
• Assist with daily operational projects and clerical duties.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
